While Knowly is in early access, every plan comes with matching bonus credits granted on activation. For example, subscribing to Plus starts you with 60,000 credits in the first period (30,000 monthly allowance plus 30,000 bonus).
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your saved sources and Library stay intact, but you cannot generate new Flows or GenPages until your next billing period or you upgrade. Knowly will notify you before you hit zero.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime from inside Knowly. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
When do my monthly credits reset?
On your billing date — the same calendar day each month from when you started your plan. Unused monthly credits do not roll over into the next period.
